Fixentra technician showing a homeowner the frosted-over evaporator coil inside his refrigerator

Tell us what changed.

  • Fridge or freezer not keeping its usual temperature
  • Water leaks, ice buildup or repeated defrost problems
  • Unusual noise, cycling or a displayed error code

A proper look first.

Visit and diagnosis: $99 CAD. Repair quoted separately, before you say yes.

The technician checks the reported cooling, airflow, drainage or control symptom and explains the findings. A model number can help identify the parts path, but you do not need to find it before requesting a callback.

The visit fee applies even if you decide not to go ahead with the repair; that's the honest trade for a proper diagnosis. Say yes to the repair as a new customer and 30% comes off the whole bill, visit included.

Read the visit and service terms

Before the technician visits.

Note when the temperature changed and whether the doors close normally. Keep the doors closed as much as practical. Do not remove panels or touch refrigerant lines. Follow food-safety guidance for anything that may have warmed up.

If the model number is easy to reach, have it ready for the callback. Do not move a heavy appliance just to find it.

We confirm the route before anyone's on the road.

We take requests from Newmarket, Aurora, King City, Bradford, Innisfil, Barrie, Orillia, Wasaga Beach, Collingwood. Coverage, appliance, technician availability and the visit window are confirmed by phone. Same-day isn't guaranteed, but we'll tell you straight what's realistic.

Can the repair be completed in one visit?

That depends on the fault and parts availability. We confirm the visit window first; after diagnosis, the technician explains the proposed repair and whether a return visit is needed.
