The technician investigates the reported heating, tumbling, airflow or control issue. The findings determine the repair path; any required parts or additional work are explained before you approve them.
The visit fee applies even if you decide not to go ahead with the repair; that's the honest trade for a proper diagnosis. Say yes to the repair as a new customer and 30% comes off the whole bill, visit included.

Tell us whether the drum turns and whether any heat is produced. Stop using the dryer if you notice a burning smell or unusual overheating. Do not open electrical panels or keep restarting a faulting appliance.
If the model number is easy to reach, have it ready for the callback. Do not move a heavy appliance just to find it.
