Tell us what changed.

  • Water left in the drum or a cycle that will not finish
  • Washer will not spin, fill, unlock or start
  • Leaks, heavy vibration, unusual noise or an error code

A proper look first.

Visit and diagnosis: $99 CAD. Repair quoted separately, before you say yes.

A service visit checks the described symptom and the likely drainage, mechanical or control cause. The technician explains the repair option and quote before approved work begins.

The visit fee applies even if you decide not to go ahead with the repair; that's the honest trade for a proper diagnosis. Say yes to the repair as a new customer and 30% comes off the whole bill, visit included.

Read the visit and service terms

Before the technician visits.

Write down the code and the point in the cycle when the washer stops. If it is leaking, stop using it; only close an accessible water shutoff if you can do so safely. Do not move a heavy machine or force a locked door.

If the model number is easy to reach, have it ready for the callback. Do not move a heavy appliance just to find it.

We confirm the route before anyone's on the road.

We take requests from Newmarket, Aurora, King City, Bradford, Innisfil, Barrie, Orillia, Wasaga Beach, Collingwood. Coverage, appliance, technician availability and the visit window are confirmed by phone. Same-day isn't guaranteed, but we'll tell you straight what's realistic.

Do I need to know which part has failed?

No. Tell us what the washer does and when it happens. Diagnosis is part of the technician visit, so you do not need to buy a part or dismantle anything first.
