The visit examines the reported symptom before a repair is proposed. The technician explains the likely cause, available repair option and parts requirements so you can decide whether to proceed.
The visit fee applies even if you decide not to go ahead with the repair; that's the honest trade for a proper diagnosis. Say yes to the repair as a new customer and 30% comes off the whole bill, visit included.

Note when the problem appears: filling, washing, draining or after the cycle. Stop using a leaking machine. Keep any error code handy and clear safe access to the appliance; you do not need to remove it from the cabinet.
If the model number is easy to reach, have it ready for the callback. Do not move a heavy appliance just to find it.

Is a diagnosis included in the visit fee?
Yes. The standard visit fee covers attendance and diagnostic work as confirmed before dispatch. The repair itself is quoted after diagnosis and needs your approval.
