The technician checks the described heating or control symptom and explains the findings and repair quote. If a part or return visit is required, that is discussed before the next step is approved.

The visit fee applies even if you decide not to go ahead with the repair; that's the honest trade for a proper diagnosis. Say yes to the repair as a new customer and 30% comes off the whole bill, visit included.

Record the error code and which oven function or electric element is affected. Let the appliance cool before the visit. Do not touch exposed wiring or open panels; stop using the appliance if it appears unsafe.

If the model number is easy to reach, have it ready for the callback. Do not move a heavy appliance just to find it.
